Building 46

The West Wing of the Grand Store originally served as a warehouse and general depot for the Army. Built between 1806 & 1813 and attributed to James & Lewis Wyatt, this Grade II Listed building represents one of the important surviving warehouses in the country.

Converted by Berkeley’s  in August 2003 into 24 spacious two & three bedroom split level apartments; widely considered to be one of the best converted blocks within the development.

Each apartment offers a high level of exposed brickwork, large (original) sash windows, timber beams & columns, galleried upper levels and double height ceilings. Kitchens were upgraded from those in Buildings 20, 21 & 45, to include oversized freestanding AEG fridge freezers and a further range of integrated appliances.

Approx. 60% tenanted; do not expect to pay less than £1,150 pcm for the smallest two beds and £1,500 upwards for the three’s.
