The Shot and Shell Store

Tower Block (1-26)

 

This prominent brick water tower was built at the end of the 19th century and cleverly transformed by Berkeley’s architect to form the entrance and central stairwell through the building, providing access to 26 new build apartments.

 

Comprising 15 one beds and 11 two beds.

 

Approx. two thirds is, at the time of writing, tenanted. Expect to pay from £775 pcm for the one beds and £900-1,000 pcm upwards for the two’s.

 

 South Block (27-59)

 

Originally constructed between 1806 & 1813 and subsequently converted in the Summer of 2003, with their distinctive glass lifts and open walkways, forming the mirror to the North Block.
