Building 21

Originally constructed in 1885 as an extension to the Chemical Laboratory but used as the main telephone exchange for the whole of Royal Arsenal.

The second building to be converted into apartments, housing no more than six individual two bedroom apartments, accessed from three sides.

Similar in style to Building 20, albeit extending to three floors, this block offers an array of exposed brick, cast iron columns, original sash windows and high ceilings.

With only one exception, at the time of writing, all tenanted. Expect to pay anything from £1,000 pcm in rent when available, depending on floor level and outlook.
